Yes, we offer a warranty on all repairs performed. The warranty varies depending on the type of repair and more information will be provided at the time of repair.

Do I need to make an appointment to bring my computer or my cellphone to you?

You do not need an appointment to repair your device. You can bring it to our repair center at any time during our business hours. We’ll give you an estimate time and price before the diagnosis depending on the nature of the repair. You can also call us to schedule an appointment.

Can a technician visit my home or office?

Yes. If a visit to your home or business is required, we will make an appointment in coordination with you to see what is the best feasible time for the visit.

Can you recover data from my hard drive?

How much will my repair cost me?

The cost of the repair depends on the type of problem your device has and the parts that are needed. We will provide a cost estimate before beginning the repair. We do not perform any repairs without your prior approval. In the event we need to diagnose the fault first we charge $20 labor which is waived if you go ahead with the repair. We don’t want you to have any nasty surprises; we want you to know exactly what your repair will cost before we complete the work.
